Bitget Wallet Introduces QR-Based Crypto Payments in Vietnam
Complementing its European expansion, Bitget Wallet has launched QR code payment functionality in Vietnam. This innovation enables transactions using major stablecoins like USDT and USDC through the national VietQR standard. “Vietnamese users can now conveniently utilize cryptocurrency for daily purchases by simply scanning QR codes,” explained Jamie Elkaleh, Bitget Wallet’s Chief Marketing Officer.

Vietnam’s National Assembly recently passed the Law on Digital Technology Industry, scheduled to take effect in 2026.
